W. Armstrong & Son – Edinburgh: the vintage emporium has locations in the Grassmarket, Teviot Place, Clerk Street and Cockburn Street. Armstrong’s have high quality vintage clothing from all decades with an extensive collection of kiltwear, harris tweed and more! With very moderate prices this vintage shop is not only unique and affordable but an iconic part of Edinburgh’s retail landscape.

Blue Rinse - Manchester and Leeds: a ‘vintage, used, recycled and reworked clothing company with an ethical and down to earth approach to business.’ Blue Rinse do kilo sales across the UK and have had stalls at various festivals, their store in Manchester’s Northern Quarter adds to the cool nature of this part of the city.

West Vintage - Glasgow and St. Andrews:
West Vintage feature y2k and 90s vintage clothing which is very popular at the moment. You can find brands such as Adidas, Nike, Carhartt, Dickies and more!

COW vintage - Manchester, Nottingham, Liverpool, Birmingham, Sheffield and Bristol:
'an independent vintage clothing and
accessories retailer offering a sustainable alternative to fast fashion'. COW ethically source their items around the world, for affordable and sustainable shopping in-store and online. 5th Season Vintage - Edinburgh:
Owned by a lovely couple, 5th Season started as a Depop store, with pop up appearances and is now a flagship store on Haddington Place. You can also shop online, the store features vintage staples like good quality denims, leathers and fur jackets. With a 70s style flare the shop has a unique and decorative look.

Starry Starry Night - Glasgow:
In the heart of the West-end, Starry Starry Night is a more traditional, retro vintage shop. A small space but jam-packed with antique jewellery, bags and retro clothing from all eras. This store has a healthy collection of true vintage pieces not a lot of y2k or 90s but this shop has undeniable personality.

Alchemy Vintage and Arts - Belfast:
Shop clothes, records, plants and more, Alchemy is a unique space even offering hairdressing. They have a barrage of graphic tees, denims and even military garms. The space itself is so creative and they also offer online shopping.

Afflecks - Manchester:
Afflecks is an icon of retail in the UK, multiple stories and traders, Afflecks technically isn't a vintage store but a shopping emporium that features vintage curators as well as independent artists and shops. You can also grab a bite to eat at one of the multiple eateries inside Afflecks after a long day of vintage shopping!
